Congratulations! Keep up the good work. Now it's time to move onto bigger and better investments. I've been reading about creating Partnerships, and I can't wait to structure my first deal. My plan is good, just working on raising the capital for the attorney's fees and the Fees for the Securities Broker. Lot's of opportunity in large commercial properties for creating Passive income.

thats great. i just purchased my first no down payment deal. a rent house. looking now for my second.
