Hello,

Could you help me? I just bought house number 10. I have been locked out of the secondary market for having too many mortgages. What do I do now? I have been forced to use a local bank ( in house loan ) my last two purchases. I am stuck at number 10. I have 100k personal income. Virtually no personal debt. Property value is 1.5 million with 800K debt. I have cash for 20% down. Knowone wants to do business with me anymore?????? HELP! Thanks

KYquantis, you might consider getting equity lines (HELOC) on any of your current properties. Also, shop around at local banks and ask if the will give you a non-conforming loan, as an investor. I found several banks will do this and at good interest rates as well. Good luck!
