Carleton is a master!He helped my wife and I many moons ago.We went to Florida to talk and boy did he give us information!We had realestate problems(big)and he showed us how to fix those problems(banks,buyers,agents etc).I want to thank him for the lifes lessons he helped us through!.Thanks Carleton-Very happy to see you back!!!!! I just wanted to clarify . . . Carleton hasn't gone anywhere. He been out there helping people for years. Never stopped in the 12 years I've been acquainted with the program. Everyone I know that used his program was successful with it. A few times, when I tell people I'm a Carleton Sheets student, they grumble and complain that it wasn't worth the money and they wasted their time. I always ask, "Really???!!! So you actually lost money buying a house using Carleton's course?" Then, you find out they never bought a house at all using his program! Sure, anyone will waste money on any course if you don't implement what you learned!
As Carleton says, "How much money did you make from all the real estate that you didn't buy last year?". (Love that quote!)
