Our family home was purchased on a lease option.
My idea was conceived from the course I bought from
Carlton. We have now lived here for about 10 yrs
and have generated alot of equity. More than 100k
I still use and enjoy Carlton,s course to this day.

It was almost too easy. We just put $ 240.00 extra a month and after three years we were able to purchase.
Not exactly the way Carlton professes but Lease options do work incredibly well if you know how to
follow the rules. I am planning to buy commercial/rental properties as well in the future using Carlton,s course,s.
Thankyou Carlton for helping us to achieve the American dream.
