It's truly unfortunate, all the heart ache the subprime mortgage melt-down has
caused so many families on a National level. Foreclosers are at an all time high as we all know...Part of that has to do with Home Owners who couldn't sell their home and Home Buyers who couldn't qualify to buy a home. Don't seem fair to me and it isn't!
I've been involved in the World of Real Estate for a long time. During that time I've had some major successes in real estate and I've made some dumb decisions as it turns out.
I said all that to say, I'm qualified to be excited about an old creative financing strategy but with a few "new" twists. This is a "Dream Come True" for Home Owners, Home Buyers, Real Estate Agents & Investors, Mortgage Brokers and many others.
