Hello,
My name is Jermon and i'm just starting out in Real Estate. I'm not really sure what area of real estate should I start on. I've heard about Pre forclosures, reo's, tax sales, and fixer uppers. What would be the best way to Launch ?

Your launching pad depends on a few things. You should first assess your resources (financial, and other) and set your goals, then research your market to see what strategies to utilize.
