Wanted to discuss acquisitions of large apartments about 10 cap or higher, good existing cash flow, with stable history or financial record. Occupancy within 90%plus, high cash on cash return. Hi...
Every body wish to live in a large and spacious appartment. But due to increasing expenses we tend to get into small houses or even rented appartments. I am looking for a room-mate with whom I can share the space and the rent to cut down my expeses as I am living alone.
