FYI - My offer of $94,000 was just accepted on another house. That makes 4 so far this year.
983 W. Branch Rd. in Trenton (Butler County) Ohio. (Picture on my website.)
13 years old, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms. Last sold, June 2006 for $143,000. Needs paint. Lots and lots of paint. And carpet. Kitchen appliances. 3 windows (broken seals). New back door. Landscaping. I plan to offer it for rent, for sale or lease with option to purchase.
