Success Stories - Sieg T.

Sieg was frustrated. "I didn't own a business—it owned me!" he recalls. Working 10 to 15 hours a day plus weekends for 15 years at his printing business gave him very little time to spend with his wife, Deedrian, and their two children.

His dream was to follow his passion—to be a pro-bass fisherman, live away from the city, and enjoy more time with his family. "We made a decision that something had to change," he confides, "and it had to change drastically."

Sieg didn't realize what that change would be. Hearing good things about real estate, he ordered Carleton's course and signed up for Personal Coaching. "I made a plan to have enough real estate in five years to sell my business and enjoy my family," he shares.

Mixing and matching some of Carleton's techniques, Sieg was off to a running start and purchased 10 properties in the first year. Recently, he has been transitioning his residential properties into commercial properties by selling them and utilizing 1031 exchanges.

But the best part is that Sieg sold his printing business, and he and his family have moved to the country—a beautiful house on the lake where Sieg fishes every day. He has realized his dream of becoming a pro-bass fisherman, as well.

"I fish the Bass Master Opens, and I won a major event on Clear Lake," he enthuses. "I don't think I could accomplish what I've already accomplished in my career had it not been for Carleton Sheets' program!"
