Finances were tight for Beth and Paul when Beth began studying Real Profit$™ in Real Estate. Paul was the breadwinner of the family, and Beth stayed home to care for their three small children.

In the process of supplementing their income, Beth discovered she had a real talent and passion for the real estate business. They had already acquired several properties and were feeling confident when the unthinkable happened—Paul's job was eliminated in 2005. Their "supplemental income" hobby now became Beth's main focus.

As Paul consulted with a few other companies, Beth got her real estate license and encouraged Paul to do the same. In a short time, between their investments and their real estate agent commissions, they had surpassed Paul's income.

Armed with the freedom to make their own schedules, the family took a five-week RV trip across America. "The vacation of a lifetime," as Beth describes it.

With a portfolio of 14 properties, their net worth currently stands at $1.4 million, and their positive cash flow is about $65,000 a year. "We have six times more assets in real estate in five years than we do in the 401K in 20 years. That is powerful!" Paul reveals.
