Hello! I want to invest in rehabbing distressed properties. REO's, Pre-foreclosures, etc. I don't have the capital to get started and even if I did, I still would like a mentor to help me get started! I will split profits 50/50. The knowledge I will gain is worth that! I'd even go 40/60! This is a career I MUST get into and I'm willing to negotiate any terms! PLEASE HELP ME!! I'm in the Detroit area. Foreclosures are at an all-time high. If we buy right, we can sell wayyyy below market value and still make huge profits! I just need the help! Email me at JSLawson78@aol.com

I am not in the Detroit area, but I agree, there are some good deals to be had.
When you ask for a mentor to split 50/50, what will you bring to the table? Are you a bird-dog? Have handyman/handywoman experience? Just trying to help clarify, in case anyone is following this thread.
