I am a Real Estate Investor in Milwaukee, WI who is looking to get involved in Rehab/Distressed properties; but am not experienced/safe to do the actual work (except for maybe painting & planning it). Looking for an experienced, honest, and efficient handyman who is knowledgeable, dependable, and won't cost an arm & a leg!! I would plan out what & how the rehabbing would be done, they would be the ones to "get their hands dirty".

Peruse your local newspapers for handyman leads, or perhaps post a "help wanted" on craigslist.com (its free).
There are a lot of people in the construction industry who, sadly, are out of work due to the slow housing market. I would think you could find a lot of people interested.
