I have about 12 properties that we are wholesaling in Indianapolis in decent neighborhoods - No war zones.  They are all light rehabs and require under 10K in repairs.  You are able to pick up these properties for 60 to 75 cents on the dollar after all expenses and we can assist you with financing options.  We have the rehab crews in place and can offer you property management as well.  Let me know if you are interested in getting in on some of these great cash flow properties.  They will not last long at these prices!

Well you've got my interest! As I'm just starting, financing IS going to be a problem and I don't want to waste your time  but I would like some info on the properties you have. I.E. how much are they, bedrooms, baths, how much do they rent for now (are they rentable now) and what is potential rent after rehab, how much down, any liens or mortgages, what kind of repairs are needed, AND LAST (for now at least) can we get me into 3-4 of them with no money down, or what kind of financing do you need? Ok that wasn't LAST, can you send me the addresses also? As before, I don't want to waste your valuable time so I must let you know that , while I'm in the process of trying to get some kind of funding lined up, it may take longer than you want to wait. My credit needs some work, so if you know a private investor who might be interested please steer them my way. (806-223-6059 after 7 PM central) Wow, am I asking to much?
