not good for property values. when people buy a SFR, it's better if their neighbors are owners or at least renters of similar SFR's. by splitting each home into two (or more), you increase population density, pack in more cars, reduce on-street parking availability and overall turn the area into a renter's paradise.

The prices will never be
better. The profits will never be greater than now. The experts are
all saying that the market has hit bottom. The big foreign real estate
funds are buying up America now. Foreign investors spent 167 billion
