Investment Property in Ocala FL 10 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0  
The cash flow analysis report showed the 4-Plex in Ocala FL to have a positive cash flow of little over $1000 per month. This property will all ready have built in equity of more than $70k the tax asscessed value is at $135k and the property is selling at $64k.

What I need is an Equity Partner to hold a $30K note for 15 years @ 5% return.

I may have the first apartment rented as soon as I have the property in my company name. The apartment is figured at $475 per month per apartment. This is at the low end the apartments in the same area they are renting at $475-$525 per month.

Apartments A & B are ready to be rented just need paint on the walls and ceilings. Apartments C & D need paint on walls and ceiling along with carpet in the bedrooms and tile on the rest of the floors. There is nothing major to repair and I can do most of the work myself.

Think about it and let me know if you are interested or know someone that is I will need to know soon as possible because I am looking around for an Equity Partner.
