I have 2 real estate notes for sale. Each of these notes are $75,000.00 The interest rate is not set; you can set the rate. Each note is payable monthly @ up to $2,000.00 per month. Balloon Payment at the end of 42 months. Duration of Note is 42 months. 2 seperate business's are being purchased. A well established Diner, ($450,000.00) and a Banquet Hall with Restaurant space, ($350,000.00). These notes are the Down Payment(s) used to purchase the properties.

Thank You for your reply. I completely forgot about this posting. I am currently working with someone who is going to solicit his investors on my behalf. The notes have increased in value because of the time that has lapsed. It has been about 5-7 months already.
