Most notices are posted in the local newspaper. Learn as much as you can about the probate real estate business and you may discover this is a good place to find low-cost investments. Do your own research and leg work: There's no need to spend a lot of money to hire someone to do it. If you do your research, you have the potential of making a high profit on your investment.
