‎20 unit apt building in Syracuse, NY $250k. Seller called me this morning. It's been on the mkt. for 3 yrs. State Housing program wants to master lease the entire complex. What's the best way to purchase this building? Free and Clear, Part of an Estate. Willing to make a Partnership Deal if anyone interested. Split equally among all participants.
Here's what the RE Broker has on his old listing:
being sold to settle estate-flat fee comission 10 k being offered,this property consists of 5 units with full kitchens($470) and 15 units with small fridges and/or hotplates/microwaves Certificate of Compliance less tha 1 yr old
