You could put it under your own LLC.  But you would have to get a new Loan on the property and you would need to get a lawyer as well.  It would cost you a lot of money and headace but you could do it.

does the LLC you would be joining have to have good credit. How do you get the members of the LLC you would be joining let you use there LLC's credit. I hope this makes since. We are currently trying to buy a apartment complex. I just came by this site and joined. This would be an awsome way to buy properties.
