go to micrsoft.com and become a registered member, its free, then buy the microsoft action pack for 300 bucks it comes with copies of all micrsofts latest software including microsoft acounting and business manager i use it and love it

Microsoft or officelive.com is a great resource.  Especially the free websites you can make.  However if you are looking for a program that does accounting PLUS real estate rentmanager.com is the BEST.  They actually have a forum too so you can discuss the program.
