I found it hard to believe that Quicken's property manager software does not A) track assets and Liabilities or interface with Quicken or QuickBooks. And in doing research on other programs I am finding most management software does not have a full functioning accounting package, unless you pay thousands of dollars.  Now I realize it would not be a lot of work to manually enter the results from "property manager" but there has to be some programs out their for less than a grand that has a complete GL package.  ANY SUGGESTIONS

you won't find a fully-interactive property management suite for less than about $2,500.  Try for a stand alone program.  Don't recommend the internet-_base_d software as it requires an annual fee.    I have found Yardi makes a terrific software program. it requires a long and steep learning curve, but is very, very, thorough.  used it for years.  highly recommend it.

There is tons of great property management software for reasonable prices.  rentmanager.com is one of the best.  (I have tested about 20)
