Hmmmm, I'm considering buying a duplex that's owned by a LLC. What were the details of this transaction. You Joined the LLC, then ref'ied and then bought out the other owner's? What if the owners owned other properties with the same LLC? Could I refi it to my own LLC?

I'm a beginning investor and I'm considering buying a ran down 6 unit  by using;a land contract, rehabbing, raising rents and refinancing does anyone have any advice for me.
