I bought this course a long time ago, and never really used it.
then, my cousin bought it, a newer version than mine and she did not use it either.
I was laid off, had time to read, so I looked at hers and began to use it.
I have now bought two duplexes right around the corner from me and they cash flow $1,100 oer month after expenses. I am not rich yet, but can see this will work over time.
I was worried about being able to finance more rentals, and went looking for more information on how to buy without using my credit or cash, since losing my job means getting mortgages is tougher.
That is when I found this cool blog over at www.REmentors.com
I thought some of my fellow CS students would like to see this guy who invests and does not use banks. He says he started with CS just like us.
He has some free books there too, get those. I have one called a fast start, no wait, a quick start book or something like that.

Hello. i've found myself in the same situation bought the course earlier didn't use it for two three yrs. finaly read it and now i can't wait to but my first property. i feel like maybe i waited for a reason, i think this is the best time to invest in realestate.
