Real estate business in Kerala has redefined the concept of luxury living by the introduction of the eco-friendly residential townships. The project will have 15-storied apartment blocks with four 2-bedroom apartments of 1250 sq.ft. and one 3-bedroom apartment of 1800 sq.ft. on each floor. The meticulously planned Apartment in Tripunithura gives ample room for natural ventilation and the utmost privacy. The quality is top grade with finishes and fittings that have that touch of class. The residents get to enjoy the maximum privacy from neighboring apartments as each apartment is designed so that the windows do not overlook each other. There is a separate access area for servants. The rooms have balconies designed to give maximum view of the serene surroundings. Each apartment block has ample covered parking space on ground level. This keeps the aesthetics of the landscape pure, which in turn serves to accentuate the verdure of the overall township. The apartments are slated to meet international standards in design with workers and material being brought from West Asia to ensure quality construction. The storey residential complex will have _base_ment and sub-_base_ment car parks, indoor and outdoor play areas, a gymnasium, visitor's lounge and other facilities.

I noticed you say that the luxury villas have swimming pools. Do the luxury villas have in ground or Above Ground Pools? I was just curious ,I love villas, we stayed in one recently in the Bahamas last year.
