I find it odd that you would advertise that book on this website. There isn't anything in there that hasn't been covered by Carleton and his 40 years of experience! I'll go with experience over ratings everytime!

I have been trying to flipp homes with no money down for A while now and i just can't get a brake i even went to just being a locator which i am very good at , but can't find any honest investors who want to purchase homes and pay me a fee for finding them. so if any one can tell me what i am doing wrong, or want to put me on as an locator that will be great.

Be careful what you get yourself into. I recently purchased Armondo Montelongo's system to the tune of $400 big ones. One of the features that was included was to be able to call his coaching center to receive info/help. I was assigned a "coach". Everytime I call there, I am told that I must talk to this same person. There have been times when I have called and had to leave my number for a return call. The return call sometimes has been as much as a week later, which we all know that in this business can certainly kill whatever deal you might have had. Also, in every conversation I have had with this person he has never been able to give me a straight answer to my question and in every conversation has told me that "I'm not an expert or a coach", and I'm thinking, "then why in the hell am I talking to you?". Am very dissatisfied with this program. I feel like I have been totally ripped off.
