I bought my first home for $96,000.00, $4000 down $799 per month. They handle my tax and insurance for the first 2 years.  http://bmhomesolutions.com/listings/745Addison.htm    Opinions plz.

Congrats! Nice home- I love the hardwood floors. Looks like you may have found a good resource here. Maybe after you show them you can pay timely, you may negotiate a NDP deal on the next one.

Hey thanks. I was thinking that if i make timely payments then yes i should be able to get the next at NDP. They also have a credit repair program which they said they could fix mine 100 points within 2yrs.
