I am an Investor from the Central New York Region. I purchased the No Down Program in 2004. I had the opportunity to purchase my first investment property 4 days after i received the program in the mail. A lot has happened since then. Currently I am interested in learning more about REO's. I have a toddler, a newborn and a handicapped wife that make my days brighter and brighter all the time. I'm looking for a home for us; found a local REO 3bd 1 bath SFR for $6,900. I haven't had a purchase in quite awhile; my investments took a turn for the worse two years ago. I own no properties at the present time. I need help! How can I buy an REO from the bank,(BofA) if i have no start up capital what-so-ever and no friends or family to borrow from!?
