Hello, I would like to introduce myself, Scott Martin, living in southeast Missouri. I am just starting out in realestate investing. I have read several books and am going through the Carleton Sheets home course. I haven't made any purchases yet but am very exicited. I hope to prove myself and get my two daughters involved so they can help there families and have a better life than work for someone else and get nothing in the end. If anyone has any tips or personal uplifting stories I would love to read them. I am currently out of a job due to down sizing, so I got the time to work hard on this endiver. Thank you.
