Just getting started!
Today's credit market is tough. With down payment 20%, I wonder how we can invest in more than one rental property.
Also would like to do some networking. Anyone in Maryland?

I have a 4 bedroom 1 bath rowhome in the Pimilico area for sale .The lender will transfer deed to interested party for $4,500 providing the buyer pay liens of $8,400. All _title_ work has been done .The property does need some rehab but is valued at least $80,000. Contact Jeffrey at anthonyjef@aol.com
