Hi Investors,

I have been investing on and off for 3 years.I bought Carlton Sheets NO MONEY DOWN course then.
I have recently started doing the course again.
Why I am writing is that I need a partner in buying properties on the west side of Chicago.
There are really good buys there,and need someone who lives in the Chicago area,to contact me, so we can research these properties.
I live 35 miles from the city,and have been in the States for 15 years.
We immigrated from South Africa.
Hopefully someone out there will contact me as to investing.
