Hello everyone!
My name is Steven Ransom, I'm from Detroit, MI and I just started with Carletons Sheets No Down Payment. I would really like to network with other like minded people here on this forum. I would also like to say that in his manual Laying The Foundation for Success, Mr. Sheets stated The profile of an Ideal Investor. I believe this profile in itself is important became as investor's improving and better oneself to achieve success in life is a goal I set for myself.
I hope to network with other here and become well educated about real estate investing. Throughly making and true effort in understanding the principles That Mr. Sheets teach's in this No Down Payment course. I'm conscious of my responsibilities and the duties toward becoming a real estate investor, and also my responsibilites to my family,firends and community.
As I state before I'm new and looking forward to working with like mined people.
