I'm here in the city of East Cleveland in Ohio. This is where we got our world's first billionare. John D. Rockefellar. Now is the time for another. East Cleveland is going thru the same thing as when John D did it in 1897. The homes are at rock bottom prices and with a vision and a few good people it will be one of our greatest cities.
If you buy all in one area and fix them up the property value goes up and so does your investment. East Cleveland is best for this it's only 3.3 miles big and when you control a small area and it grows everyone will notice.
