My name is Pamela and I have purchased the course. I'm not afraid of anything, just excited to keep moving upward. I have already purchased two properties with creative financing and no $ down so I know it works. My first property was purchased before I ever heard of Carlton Sheets and my most recent one was after my first purchase of his course several years ago. Now I'm back for new info and to move ahead full-steam. Welcome and hello to all.

David - thanks for the kudos but the credit goes to open ears and motivated sellers. I was right place, right time and nothing more except accepting. Fell in and came out like a rose. Looking forward to more bounty of the same. Half the battle is won since I know it can be done.

Can you guys tell me how to gain the confidence you have?? I just purchased it today and I cant even get passed deciding wether or not it was a scam to get my money. I am still scared because they have my credit card number and I have read stories about them running up bills ( but I dont know if they are true) I am still thinking I should send it back when I get it. Can anyone say anything to help me feel better about this??? I know I have the ability I just cant find the confidence

Pamela - last week I just finished off the final steps to operating and implementing rent rolls, schedule E info's, and NOI's to one of my potential properties and it is looking very good for the moment. Final negotiations are ahead and interviews with the lenders are coming full bloom.

I enjoy my study time and watch it actually manifest before my very eyes while I'm doing my Investment "thing".

Cissyof2 - this is my second purchase of the program. After the first purchase I went halfway thru it and did nothing with it. Since I had already purchased one home with NMD years ago I knew it could be done but didn't try. In 2005 I was looking for a place to rent and the owner offered to sell with financing. In my case it's not confidence but knowledge that it can be done, even without thorough knowledge. I figure with complete knowledge it will be easier.

If you can't do this, then don't, but remember that both times I bought properties I had no $ and no credit [bad even] and still I was able to buy. Just use the knowledge.
