Selling your home using the conventional method is a nightmare. You've got to keep everything spotles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, because brokers can bring buyers at any time. You've got to hide your valuables because potential buyers sometimes turn out to be thieves looking for homes to target.

If you're at home when buyers arrive, the broker may ask you to leave. If you're away, there 's a locked box on your door with a key inside so they can enter.

You never know if someone has gone through your home while you were out. You can't say when it will be sold. You have no idea how much you'll get. You may be forced to buy a new home before you've sold the old one, or you may be forced out of your old home before you buy a new one. Some family members may have to move to a new location while others stay behind.

You know you'll move, but you don't know when. Your life is on hold while you wait. Its madding, and it can go on for years. Adding insult to injury, you'll pay thousands of dollars more for using this inferior method.
