I would like to know you that you should take care of these small points too. These points would be great for you while buying any property or house.
• Local research
• Be financially prepared
• Mortgage rates of different financer ( if you want to finance your project)
• Property market and structural survey
• Control your emotions while buying or sell any property.
• Neighborhood and location
