Ok,
I am a new investor with carlton, im looking forward to buying my first property, my plan is to first purchase the home that i am now renting, heres what i know about the situation, first the owner is pretty flexible i told him upon moving in the property that i would possibly like to buy, now since i am using and working with this program i understand the situation. Now, my credit score is 500 i am currently only working part time as a taxi driver i have 5 children and i am behind on bills i would like to ask him to purchase the property with a leasing option and paying for back pay at closing, the property is a five bedroom home two floors, living room kitchen, deck, storage room and 5 bedroom and a storage room it was last purchased for 173,000 in 2003 last apraised for 117800 the guy im renting from is the trustee what does that mean, i need help on trying to figure out how to approach him because he says he does not want to lose me as a tenant and i really dont want to move how can i or can i even consider this property as a possibility?
