Hi,
My name is Naveen and I am a pretty new in Real Estate.
Recently was laid off and haven't got another job till today.
I am trying to do an assignment of contract in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Looked at one foreclosed property (bank owned) and talked to the Realtor. I verbally made an offer to him. He said there is already an offer for the property and my offer is way too less so don't waste time in putting it under contract and so on.
Have anyone done assignment of contracts in Canada? I need some advice / guidance.
