Has anyone tried the new funding for short sales
where they only charge you 1% + $300 after you
flip the property?
If so, could you tell me how many you have done and
if it's true that your credit is not an issue? And
are they still having the live webcast this evening
at 8pm Eastern

watched it and it was great and I think they
recorded it. I signed up and I am going to
take the live training in about 5 minutes.
They said that they archive the training sessions.
