looking for investor to finance foreclosure deals in south jersey area. i have a bad credit - but a very keen eye and knowledge of potential flips and rentals. i had a family memeber who agreed to invest with me but at the last minute got cold feet. all 11 properties i planned on purchasing were either rehabbed and rented out or sold in a matter of months. i will do all the leg work if you can provide the cash and/or credit.extremely serious single mom - needs to make a change. i can be reached at ilikekanye@yahoo.com
