Anyone had any good things happen from Realty Trac??? Well it seems pretty well laid out. I'm a new investor in the north Florida and I'm looking for something cheap, forclosed, or anything to make my first dollar. I have a partner and we have peps that work inside the realestate buiness market....Hope to find something soon....2nd week in.

Welcome!
I have not done anything with RealtyTrac, and I have not heard anything negative about them. However, all of the foreclosure information is available for FREE at your local courthouse, if you have some time to investigate it.

I am an Agent in Idaho and I am a member to realty track, I find its a good place to start but you have to do a lot of follow up because there listings are not always up to date or accurate.
