Hi mar! Although the posts that you've responded to are over a year old, the responses are excellent, and I know from experience, work. I wish Matt Pattberg and RE Guy were still active here to continue helping beginners. Even though I know that coaches get paid for their time, I also know that people getting help for free, here at the forum, may be tempted to learn more quickly by hiring their services.

You can also use GOVERMENT RECORDS website, it's what I use to find opsentee owners.

I recently had to do some hunting on a property someone had contacted me about.

With the address in hand I went to the courthouse. I went to the tax assessors office...they gave me a print out and sent me next door to the clerk who then pulled out the deed for me. I verified everything, learned a bit about the property (ie: it was an inheritance from mother to sons, then one son bought out the other) and had all the names involved.

Since there was no phone number - I went to whitepages.com - found out the phone number was unlisted. So I Googled the person and low & behold they were a member on Reunion.com and I found the phone number & info there!
