How easy is it for someone that does not have money to go into flipping business?
I have a house that I want to buy but no money and I don't know the best way to approach the flipping.

Have you tried talking to the owner about possible owner financing? Also, there are banks out there still doing 100% financing if you plan to live in the house and you have decent credit scores.

Depends on the house, and it also depends on what type of "flipping" you want to do?
If the house is in deep need of repair, you could buy it way under price by using hard money or partners, then rehab the house then sell it retail. Also if the house is in need of massive repairs, you can get the house under contract then flip aka "assign" the contract to another investor. This way you don't have to worry about credit, income etc.

It is very hard to rehab a property without having working capital... If you have none to start with, look for private investors to front the required money... Also look into flipping contracts (where you find the deals, place them under contract, and sell the contract to another investor) this requires no money out of pocket, and could help you build the capital that you would need to flip properties
