My brother and I recently had refurbished 2 houses that were up for sale. My parents purchased them and we did the labor in fixing them up to flip them. We split the money 4 ways and made a decent profit from it. We are now interested in going off and getting started for the two of us and are looking for investors who can allow us to find the houses and do the work while they put up the funds to allow us to obtain the properties. We can discuss the split once you contact us. We both have excellant home improvement skills and are looking at this as a long term career and would love to find long term working partners and investors.
