I've now hooked up with a special lender that provides
the financing for my team members so that their end
buyers can take them out without a _title_ seasoning issue.
The next webcast to cover the new 1% financing that is
now available for investors to buy real estate nationwide
will be on Tues and Wed at 8pm Eastern followed by a Q&A
It could be a tremendous help to most Carlton Sheets
students. I have actually bought his course twice over
the last 15 years and I have a couple of deals lined up
where I am going to use the 1% funding.
