Has anyone used Carleton's methods and the new funding program
for flipping short sales and reos? I understand the funder
only charges 1% plus a $300 fee payable after we flip the
property to our end buyer.
I just checked out the site and it looks like a heaven sent
program in this market, plus it says the investor's credit
is not even a consideration.
I registered for the next live webcast and watched the re-
corded one this morning.
I'd like to hear how others are using this new program.

Hi JW,
They are having another webcast today at 8pm Eastern, and to handle the
response, they are putting another one on Wed at 8pm Eastern.
They had over 10,000 investors and agents show up last time, so if you
cannot get in this evening register early for the one on Wed.
I don't know if I am allowed to post the URL here or not, so you had

I am working with a realtor now who is going to bring me short sales
and REOs because she knows with this unlimited financing source I will be
paying her commissions to sell the ones I buy, plus she will get one
from the bank. I am also looking for other realtors to work with in
their area.
