I am a novice flipper looking for an investor to help me in the Detroit area. There are a ton of foreclosures to take advantage of in the area. I recently purchased my home as a foreclosure and negotiated the whole deal. I found a 3 bd, 2.5b, 3 car garage in Van Buren Twp, Mi and it was listed at $125K. I offered $118K with the bank paying down payment and closing. They accepted. The house was in bad shape but I've brought it around and now it appraised for $175K in less than 6 mos. I want to take advantage of this market here but I'm in desperate need of an investor to help. Split profits 50/50. I have access to knowledgeable craftsman. Please help!
