Sorry, had to edit. I knew of someone, but remembered they were in St. Louis and not Chicago. (I had met them in Chicago when we were there for a taping of Carleton's instructional videos.)

Have you considered the fact that you might be able to
become the investor yourself? What I'm saying there are
investment groups out there who will put up the money
and split the profits. Not a bad deal anytime but especially
with this economic crunch we are in...
