Hi All,
I am a real estate investor in training. I purchased my first property in Detroit. I will rehab the property soon. I have been looking for a boiler plate of a contract to hire the contractor that would do the repairs. I will appreciate if someone can help me guiding me where I could find a boiler plate of this document. I can also be contacted at cadenasrealty@yahoo.com.
