Where can I find an example of a contract used in flipping or wholesaling properties?

you can find a contract by going to a realtor. or talking to other
investor

go to a realtor and ask him or she for a pa contract. there you will find
some words in the contract but, you will have to change for your benfits
as the buyer.

I'm not aware of any special contract for flips or wholesales, but am curious to hear what you know about these contracts.
I would think you could use any standard real estate sales contract.

I was looking for more of the wording used on the contracts.
I'm brand new to the real estate investing world and I'm trying to get as much info as I can before I head out the door and try this stuff out.

When you buy a property, under "buyer" you can fill in using your name plus "and or assigns" afterwards. This allows you to find another buyer and assign him to the property. Is that what you are asking?
ex - "John Doe and or assigns"
