THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. That was the most down to earth factual nitty gritty "getting real" statement I have ever seen and the truth I suspected since I have purchased this course a year and a half ago. You are right, it takes some kind of credit, cash for closing costs, attorneys, mortgaqe insurance etc to get control of a property depending on whether you purchase, lease option or whatever. I believe the course does make some mention that having credit helps but that you can get into properties with no money down but that is nearly impossible. Maybe the course needs to be adjusted slighty.....who knows.
